    Day 1: 11th February: Arrival

    Day 2: 12th February: Splits progression

    Work your way into full Hanumanasana or Front splits. A dynamic class focused on the lower half of the body, mainly the hips, hamstrings, hip flexors and quadriceps. Lots of drills and tips. Modifications are offered along the way, suitable for all levels of flexibility and practice.

    • 7:30 - 9:30: Yoga Practice (Hip opener + split)
    • 9:30 - 11:00: Breakfast + Break
    • 11:00 - 1:00: Barefoot beach walk + Anatomy Discussion (Hips & Hamstrings) + Q& A

    Day 3: 13th February Heart opening (Backbends)

    It takes focus, patience, and strength to move the body into a backbend. In Heart opening, Khem will guide you through a beautiful sequence that takes you gradually into deeper backbends with awareness and attention to alignment. Modifications are offered along the way, suitable for all levels of flexibility and practice.

    • 9:30 - 11:00: Breakfast+ Break
    • 11:00 - 1:00: Barfoot beach walk+ Anatomy Discussion (the spine) + Q& A

    Day 4: 14th February: Inversion 101

    Need more mental alertness and clarity? Get upside down with us! This class is for anyone who is interested in learning more about headstands and Forearm Stand. We will cover the fundamentals of the different muscles and alignment points that help access this pose, as well as the skills needed to build strength and stability in this shape. Explore the traditional shape and play with fun variations and transitions. You will leave the class feeling more confident in integrating these poses into your daily practice.

    • 7:30 - 9:30: Yoga Practice (Inversion + headstand + Pincha+ Handstand)
    • 9:30 - 11:00: Breakfast+ Break

    • 3:00 - 4:00: Yin Yoga (shoulder & upper body)

    Day 5: 15th February: Rocket yoga

    This class involves a challenging but playful flow, with plenty of opportunities for inversions and arm balances, particularly pincha and handstand practice. You will practice a unique mix of traditional Rocket sequences with progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa, with a strict emphasis on the breath, bandhas and graceful floating transitions. Expect to be challenged physically and mentally and to leave feeling grounded and focused.

    Please feel free to change or add any classes you would like. Also, we can do Handstand workshop as well, maybe on day 3. I’m very flexible with what you would like me to teach.

    Day 6: 16 February: Detox Yoga

    Dynamic practice focusing on stimulating the digestive system to aid the detoxification of the body. Students will experience sequences of poses including twists, bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs. Pranayama (breath work), chanting and meditation included.

    Suitable for everyone looking to have a challenging and dynamic experience.

    • 7:30 - 9:30: Yoga Practice (Detox Yoga)
    • 9:30 - 11:00: Breakfast

    • Full refund for any cancellation before the 25th of December 2022.
    • Cancellation before 31st January 2023, 70% of the paid amount is refunded
